What is most important to you? Well, I had tried Internet dating in the past and came to the conclusion that it just didn't work for me. I went 2 years without dating, in part because I was working on myself and also my master's degree, and recently met a guy in real life whom I dated and came to realize that the results weren't any better than my previous Internet experience.
So, I wanted to try this again. But one thing that I didn't like about CL dating before was all of those coffee meetings; after about 3 or 4 I was burnt out on talking to people with whom it wasn't going to work. Yet, when responding to these messages what does one say? Well, I thought maybe we could try some refreshing honesty; ask one another the really important questions--the make it or break it questions--in our emails so that at we (may) waste a little less time. Education: B.A. in Spanish, working on M.A. in Linguistics (just my thesis to go), trained as an electronics tech in the Navy, like to read (World Literature, poetry, biographies).
Work: as I just finished full time school (the thesis will be done over the next year, part time), I am looking for employment. However, I have my own place and take care of my own expenses.
